I noticed mention in a couple of places elsewhere online of an (apparently somewhat old) rumor about me playing keyboards on the new NIN tour. Not sure where that came from. Obviously that's not the case, but for once an odd rumour wasn't all that far off. It was actually sort of a close call that didn't work out... unlike a much older rumour that I was involved with the NIN Tapeworm project. That one had no factual basis at all. But the playing-in-NIN rumor almost ended up being accurate.

Sorry to hear that it wasn't true. That would have been enough incentive for me to drag my ass out and catch the show.

wow...that woulda been neat! [for the record - I did give the nin site admins some shit for not having the MoLG 'BLBT(AJF)' Remix CD on the NIN site when they posted all the remixes under the discography section]. That's brings back a memory, Mike - I met you a LONG time ago when you did at show in Atlanta at the Masquerade...i think you were touring with 'Course of Empire' [or something like that]. I asked you what it was like to have had work done by TR....i think that you were sick of answering that question by that time...hehe...

Anyhow, you would have brought way too much sophistication to the NIN camp/sound...not that i'd be against hearing what you two could put together...hmm:
